Did you know that last month was the month of The Holy Rosary? I didn't.  As some of you know, we are recent Catholic Converts.  Being the newbies that we are, I am not quite up to speed with all the ins-and-outs of our "new" religion. We are still learning the intricuit details but we do have the fundamentals down, indeed.

Be that as it may, in November I learned that October was the month of the Holy Rosary....and I had yet to ever pray it. Isn't that special?  The story of my life.

You know what I always say....It's never too late to learn OR To Offer A Wonderful Giveaway!

I contacted my friends at Holy Heroes and they were super excited to help my family learn how to use the Rosary and offer 2 sets of CD's to my blog viewers!  YAY US!!

When I was asking my MANY questions about the Catholic Religion, over the past couple of years, I was able to learn that the Rosary is actually a mediation on the life of Christ. I had always thought it was a meditation on Mary...See how much I knew? 

As I learned more about the Rosary, I became fascinated by the beautiful way it allows people to think about every single important step that Jesus took while He walked the face of this earth; Starting with that very first verse where the Angel came to Mary to let her know that she would be with Child, allowing her the choice to take up this path or leave it.


I am pleased that my friends at Holy Heroes are offering a 4-volume set of the Mysteries of the Rosary for our Giveaway.  I have enjoyed listening to them and sharing them with my family.  Our children are learning about the Life of Christ and I cannot be more excited to share this joy with you!

The CD's include an overview of the Rosary and How to pray it.  Each mystery is introduced by an explanation of what happened in the mystery.
